Embarking on my MBA Leadership & Change journey in 2017 marked the beginning of a transformative chapter in my leadership evolution. Driven by a persistent desire to enhance my leadership capabilities, I chose Tiffin University as the platform for this growth, focusing specifically on Leadership and Change.

Even from childhood, my innate curiosity and assertiveness set the stage for leadership aspirations. However, there was a realization that my leadership style lacked a certain depth. It was during my first entry-level position that I encountered a remarkable mentor, my direct supervisor, who exemplified the qualities of a true servant leader. He was not only clear and patient but also genuinely concerned for the well-being of his team members, both professionally and personally. His mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping my understanding of effective leadership.

In my professional journey, I encountered a spectrum of leadership styles, ranging from inspirational figures like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to less desirable models. Through self-discovery and reflection, I recognized my position in this spectrum and committed to growing my leadership intelligence. The influence of my first mentor continued to resonate, inspiring me to evolve into the leader I aspired to be.

During my time at Tiffin University, I documented my insights in (7) blogs as part of the Individual Leadership & Influence master class. I am eager to share these reflections with you, accompanied by updates that reflect my current stage in the ongoing journey of leadership development. Stay tuned for valuable insights and the progression of my leadership narrative!
